Rebecca founded CivicConsulting to do consulting differently in the public sector: get in alongside the agency team, be straight about what the problem actually is, and stay through delivery rather than handing over a report.
Her work spans property and capital programmes, commercial and procurement under the New Zealand Government Procurement Rules, and national-scale digital and payments change. She is often brought in when a programme has stalled, when trust between parties has broken down, or when a business case needs to survive contact with reality.
